![]() ![]() I expect corporate to post on here what they do. Imagine if a Caucasian would have called the African American manager that word. They did not know that I was part of her order and was listening to her. I have now to find another gift on Christmas Eve, while I thought I am done with my shopping - but more importantly inform everyone about this experience: While my girlfriend was on the hold with Courtney, the female African American manager of the store told her staff to take the «b++++» off the line because «we need to keep the lines clear.» This was exactly what she said. The associates were not only not helpful, but encouraged another customer to start a verbal argument with me of why I was not notified that they were out of the item (note: received a confirmation #). I am picking up a gift for my mom on Christmas Eve which I had placed online three days before and was ready for pick up (or supposed to be ready) yesterday. I do acknowledge my short temper at the end was not helpful with the situation but it seemed to be the only thing that made these girls actually try to fit the problem. The girls working that night were rude, and acted like it was our fault that they messed up the gifts. I do not know what other stores in this franchise are, but the Roseville location is a huge disappointment. I have worked in retail and managed stores for years, if my employees ever acted like that they would be written up! I will not return here, and will not recommend this store. ![]() Amazing since according to both of them it was unfixable and a manufacturing default… The girls reactions in this review are NOT an exageration, my husband and I were floored by how rude they were. The other girl finally came over and handed me the cup … she finally fixed it. I started asking for manager information and she was again incredibly rude. At this point I was furious that we had spent $ 200 on these gifts, they messed up one and would not be helpful. She sighed again and said they could fix it and it would be ready in two days… which would have been my wedding day! In addition we live over an hour away, she kept saying we can redo it but it would take two days, and then raised her voice when I again said that I needed it today for the rehersal dinner that night and said «I told you I can’t remake it in the next 30 seconds!» I was shocked, I never said she had to remake it in 30 seconds, I just wanted it fixed. I told her I wasn’t asking for a refund on something I did wrong, but something that they messed up. Another 10 minutes later and they said they couldn’t fix it, so I told the girl with glasses that I want a refund which she says that they don’t refund personalized goods. My husband also grabbed another cup off the shelf to show her that there was nothing like that on any other cup. I told her no, it couldn’t be manufacturing default when the cup I gave the lady had no marks on it, and that it is ink on it. 10 minutes later another girl comes over and said that it was a manufacturer default and would not come out… the cup was a brushed silver and it was obviously an ink smudge. He looked at it, and said «No, the giant smudge is still there.» she rolled her eyes and walked away. We wandered around the store, she came up to us a few minutes later and held the cup out to my husband, «This good?». she came back and said that it would be a few minutes. So my husband and I are standing at the counter waiting. I swear to you, the girl grabbed it, looked at it, and sighed before walking away without saying anything. I showed them what looked like an ink smear across the front and asked them to wipe it off real quick. the first two gifts looked wonderful, however the gift for my Father-in-law was messed up. I was not going to leave with out looking at everything, so we opened the boxes. We walked in, the front desk girl (twenties with glasses) handed us the bag, said bye and walked away. The day we picked everything up was horrible. If she was the only person I dealt with I bet this review would be completely different. The day we went in to pick out the gifts the women that helped us was wonderful! She appeared to be at lease a shift manager, in her 30s with dark hair (I wish I had gotten her name!) She helped guide us, assisted in picking out what to put on the gifts and finalize it all. What a disaster! We went here to pick out groomsmen gifts for our wedding. ![]()
